We just loaded two new listings today for those who have been waiting. 239 acres in Pike County and 44 acres in Meigs County. Both of these properties are priced right. We work very hard with sellers to get the sale price where it needs to be for each area. I have a feeling the action will be heavy on the Pike County piece, better hurry!
