If you received a previous blog and this one seems familiar I can explain. Our site database reset itself back to January 13th and took images and blog posts with it. Wow! We think we have the cause and it should be good to go.

Hello Folks!

We are please to announce that we will be adding new listings in January. The summer is heating up and we are too. We just signed two more listings for you to check out. The first one is located on the Perry and Morgan county line. Great property here with over 115 acres and tons of water features. The owner is a member of ducks unlimited and took extra care to maintain the deer population.

We have just added a new listing to the site called Hocking 90. I mentioned this property in my previous blog and now it is official. We are in the process of getting a contractor to lay in a new tile by the entrance. This will also include grading and gravel. Once complete you will be able to drive all the way to the top of the ridge!

Well, spring is around the corner and it won't be long before the leaves are on the trees and the flowers will be blooming. It seems like it's been months since we have seen the sun!

We are working on new listings for you and should have news on them in a few weeks. A 90 acre fully wooded piece in Hocking County tops the list due to its location near Logan and Route 33. We have toured this property and I must say that it is one of the best I have seen when it comes to the quality timber, food plots and terrain.

We have been busy lately. Ross 245 and Pike 146 recently went into contract and the requests for showings have increased. Hopefully this is a positive sign the we are coming out of the recession blues and taking a stand. Remember folks, land is finite, the world is only so big. Are you ready for spring yet? We hope your hunting season went well. We have seen many deer in the last two weeks on Pike 146 and Ross 245. These properties are loaded! We are in the process of finding a trail cam system that will record video from a property. It has been a work in progress to find a reliable system for this. We want to make sure the videos are good quality. Being able to see these animals move around really shows their size more than a still image. We will let you know when the first video is up and running!

We have new pictures up and running on the new properties in Ross and Vinton Counties. These properties are prime for whitetail deer. We saw at least 20 on each location while we were there.

Vinton 54 has just been lowered to $93,000! The owner is motivated, now is your chance.

Hello Everyone!

We would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and we hope that you and your family enjoy your time together! We have been busy working on new partnerships that include land resource management and enviromental conservation information.
